Sarah's Applesauce

Go for the healthy option and omit the added sugar.  Apples are naturally sweet and juicy on their own.  Use in recipes that call for applesauce. Have a potato masher at the ready!

Dense and delicious. Made with wholesome ingredients. We all remember having Zucchini bread for the first time!

Keto, low carb, gluten free and more! Who knew you could make filling and heathy pancakes? Use ghee for dairy free, as well as Yacon Syrup to further lower sugar.
